SYNOPSIS:

A talk inspired by my own struggles to make it in the entrepreneurship world. Very few startups actually make it past the startup phase, let alone grow and become profitable sustainable businesses. A startup is almost sure to change its strategy, business plan and even complete product deliverable at least once in its initiation phase and sometimes again during its growth stage. Those who make it are those who are flexible and lean, quickly able to adopt new methods of production, sales, customer satisfaction and more.

So, what does this mean exactly? Well, this is what my talk is all about………….
