Since we both always had a passion for fashion, our main focus was always online shopping from websites abroad such as Nasty Gal, ASOS, Boohoo, and Pretty Little Thing.
We noticed that we always ended up paying double for customs when our clothes arrived, and it was very frustrating for us.
Therefore, this is when the idea was born. The idea to have a well-established online shopping website, with trendy designs as well as affordable prices.
We felt like Egypt was also lacking in the area of high quality clothes with affordable prices, you either have affordable prices but low-quality materials, or very high prices with good quality materials.
Our main goal was also to benefit the economy, so all our fabrics are bought from local Egyptian markets and made by local workshops.
Additionally, rather than having an Instagram or a Facebook page for people to showcase our designs and people to shop from, we decided that Egypt is missing the concept of having a user-friendly website where you can order from properly instead of a message on Instagram and Facebook.
