A two-week intensive Entrepreneurship Capacity Building program that is designed for motivated and curious young entrepreneurs who are passionate about exploring their future possibilities through strength based approach to personal development with social and experiential learning context.
The program aims to; apply essential entrepreneurial and innovation skills to address social issues, encourage students to develop the skills necessary to be socially responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs, and to enhance their self-awareness and capabilities to pursue a self-fulfilling aspirations.
Through experiential learning, case studies, group projects, field trips, simulations, workshops and discussions and debates, they examine complex global issues and learn to apply Change Management and Innovative Thinking to craft Business Models, as well as acquiring the required mindset for entrepreneurs to make their ideas happen. Students also create and bring home an action plan, attempting to resolve a long-term issue that they care about.
Throughout the program, students will get an excellent opportunity to meet highly successful entrepreneurs, thoughtful leaders, engaging trainers, and work together to develop a collaborative approach to leading successful small and medium enterprises.
