High Impact Leadership through Emotional Intelligence
High Impact Leadership through Emotional Intelligence By Ahmed Reda Learning and Development Supervisor.
Brief about the Workshop
In the modern era, when you think of a "great leader," what comes to your mind?
You might picture someone who never lets his temper get out of control, no matter what problems he's facing. Or you might think of someone who has the complete trust of her staff, listens to her team, is easy to talk to, and always makes the right decisions in the right time. These are qualities of someone with a high degree of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE!
People are confusing. Yet, how can you be an effective leader if you can’t figure them out?
Every day, you work with employees, other managers, bosses, clients, vendors, and others up and down the org chart. They come from different backgrounds and experiences, so they don’t all think and feel the way you do. And this what we called workplace diversity.
Emotional intelligence is widely known to be a key component of effective leadership. The ability to be perceptively in tune with yourself and your emotions, as well as having sound situational awareness can be a powerful tool for leading a team.
But you know what? As a leader, your job is to figure out how to work effectively with all of them! That’s what this workshop is all about.
