Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting Major from Cairo University. He previously held several positions at reputable academic institutions such as ٍInternational Certified Trainer in Human Development at Dale Carnegie Training) USA for 4 years and then as a Senior Soft Skills Trainer and Business Coach at New Horizons - Cairo for 3 Years and in that time he earned a reputation as an engaging, fun, and effective professional who delivers results for his clients

In 2014, Ahmed started working at MSA in the Training and Organization Development department where he started to utilize His diversified experience in training including designing materials and training development, he currently holds the position of Training Supervisor

During this short journey Ahmed has had the pleasure of training and coaching of about 10,000 people with different backgrounds and experiences with over ten years of experience in training delivery, training needs assessment, course instructional design, and material development.

Ahmed has conducted over 4000 hours of training delivered to multinational/international organizations, private companies, academic institutions, governmental agencies, for University students, fresh graduates, academic staff, administrative staff and individual learners in more that 15 Egyptian Governorates.

In addition to his responsibilities in Training Delivery, Ahmed is responsible for Marketing Research (Vendors, providers, certifications and courses), Training Coordination and People Management through ensuring effective and desirable performance enhancement by monitoring training and development efforts and conducting staff training sessions for the department team in appropriate to their levels and job nature.

On the other side Ahmed completed his Masters Degree in Musical studies, Helwan University, 2006. He also worked as Musical Moderator for 2 years which adds an artistic side of his professional personality.

Ahmed’s work has been awarded the following recognitions including Certificates of Appreciation and Recognition, MSA University, 2015 and 2016, Best Soft Skills Trainer and Business Coach award, New Horizons in 2012 and 2013, One of the Top 10 trainers in the Middle East, Dale Carnegie® Egypt Regional Ranking 2010.
