Merihan Ayman
Merihan has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from MSA University, she then worked as a Community Pharmacist for 2 years, but she decided later on to shift her career to gain new skills and to fulfill her potential and passion towards the HR and Training field.
Merihan has decided to start her HR career supported with thorough understanding of the HR requirements "skills and knowledge" by studying the HR Diploma before joining one of the biggest telecommunication corporations in Egypt "Mobinil" as an HR Administrator for almost 2 years before finally joining MSA. She is now a Senior Training Specialist, and she is responsible for Training logistics and some part of Training Delivery.
In addition to her responsibilities in Training, Merihan is responsible for Staff Benefits. She prepares Discount Benefits for the staff, students and Alumni, which amount to over 90 companies and brands. She organizes Staff Engagement events such as MSA University Bazaars which proved to be a great success, and she also conducts Staff Engagement Surveys to provide continuous support for them.
