Yasmine has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry and Oral Medicine from Cairo University, and immediately shifted her career to teaching because of her passion to develop people. She worked as an Instructor of English at Berlitz Language Centers for almost two years, before she decided to shift her career again to work in Human Resources; and she has successfully completed her HRM certificate from the American University in Cairo.

Yasmine has been working at MSA University for one year as an Organizational Development (OD) Coordinator, where she worked on multiple diversified projects in the areas of Performance Management, Job Design, Onboarding and Competency models. Her accomplishments include updating the University’s job descriptions using online surveys, organizing the first online new hires onboarding program and constructing the MSA Core Competency model.

She is keen to utilize her enthusiasm for helping organizations and individuals thrive to achieve their maximum potential and making a change.
