Rania is a master trainer, facilitator and coach, specialized in a diverse range of topics related to transformational leadership, team dynamics and women empowerment. Rania’s vision is to inspire those who cross her path to seek, connect with and embrace their own individual potential, energy and vulnerability, and capitalize on that to achieve effective positive growth and development, in both their professional and personal lives and her mission is to be a growth & development champion for Egyptian women.
Rania is the founder and lead facilitator of THINK, a transformational leadership development center. THINK offers unique leadership development programs, primarily for women and entrepreneurs, capitalizing on the power of blended coaching, MBTI® and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
Rania has 20+ years of corporate and coaching experience, having worked in various multinational organizations in Canada, UAE and Egypt. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was Executive Director, HR, IT & Planning for Abercrombie & Kent Egypt, leading a team of 60 individuals, responsible for 8 branches, and for an annual budget of over US$ 12M.
Rania holds a BSc in CS degree from Canada. She is a Certified Professional in Leadership & Performance (ATD) as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and a Professional in HR (HRCI). She has also earned the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers. Additionally, Rania is a certified MBTI® practitioner and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
From 2007, she has been delivering blended coaching leadership programs to customers in various business segments. She is also proud to be the first Egyptian co-leader of the ICF-certified IDDI Dialogical Coaching Certification program.
Rania is a proactive optimist who seeks to live a purposeful life, and to leave a legacy by being an inspiring role model for her children. Her advice to them is always “Set your intention and connect to your purpose. Then follow your intuition and trust the process. You will always know the right thing to do”.
