Amr brings a wide breadth of experience through his human capital and organizational development experiences, using integrated experience among sales, marketing and project management in eleven professional years of experience, and strongly supported with certification in business coaching (Sogno, Newcastle, UK), and Business Analysis & Enterprise Architecture (IIBA, Toronto, Canada) and (ACI, New York, USA).
Amr’s business passion is in organizational development and business process improvement, and life passion is pets caring, and his ultimate passion is in technology and software process improvement, and utilizing the value of technology and data decision support in every single opportunity.
Amr’s technical human capital experience is specialized in training, performance management and balanced scorecard, competency model, compensation and benefits, job design and job evaluation, organizational behavior, organizational development and finally database designing and management.
Amr has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University, and maintained the pharmaceutical career for six years, with a highly significant award (Asia best sales achiever), and he shifted the career into marketing and project management.
Amr has joined the MSA human capital team approximately four years ago, and he’s now the Organization Development Supervisor.
