Shareholders and MSA University Top Management: This division is created to extend the sincere effort and commitment enabled through Prof. Dr. Nawal El-Degwi over the past 50 years, striving to provide a world class level of education services, while keeping it affordable and accessible from nursery to the postgraduate stage. We tend to reach wider communities that are left behind the formal education track while being affected by and able to affect the current state of education not just within our country but beyond national borders.

Egypt: Our people, friends, families, teachers, colleagues, classmates, guests, visitors, tourists, students, upcoming generations...etc. are all part of the story we are committed to compose together; making our country a better place for workers, managers, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, neighbours...etc. It’s about empowering communities to pay it forward. Our vision for Egypt comprises the wider community we are committed to contribute immensely to its development and growth being the gate of Africa and at the center of the Middle East, we can’t see our commitment to Egypt separated from a regional wider collaboration.

We build dynamic structures that encourage career progression and self-fulfilment, while asking our people to build and update their job description and take part in their job design.

Research and Development: MSA CBSD has emanated from a Higher Education institution that welcomes research everyday and every hour. We consider research and development effort that seeks civic impact as a part of our daily life, making research an integral part of our process for service development. We employ research effectively to make sense of global innovations, to learn how to advance our customers’ experience, to dig for new services and values that were never experienced before, and to improve our current business practices. R&D is considered mandatory to renew our provided services every six months.
